One Bedroom Split Level Suites:
Our most recent units are split level apartments with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Living area and kitchen are downstairs with two sofas and fully equipped kitchen. These units all are complete with washer/dryer, cable TV, queen size bed, air conditioning, microwave, coffee maker, full size refridgerator and stove/oven. All pots pans and linnens are furnished on short-term and monthly rentals. Most units have a view of the water.

Large Efficiency Suites:
These units are complete with queen size bed, cable TV, air conditioning, private bathroom, living area with sofa and love seat, full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, stove/oven, full size refridgerator, and cable TV. All large efficiency units have washer/dryer. All pots, pans and linnens are furnished with short-term and monthly rentals.

Junior Efficiency Units:
These units are complete with queen size bed, cable TV, private bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fans, full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, stove/oven, full size refriderator. All pots, pans and linnens are furnished with short-term and monthly rentals.

Hotel Style units:
Hotel units are complete with queen size bed, cable TV, private bathroom, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and sofa.
